- Post-Dispatch Status: Once an order status is updated to 'Dispatched' or handed over to courier partners, no cancellation, return, or replacement requests will be accepted.
- Store Authorization: All cancellation permissions remain under the administrative control of store management.
3. Refund Mode & Processing Timelines
When an order is successfully cancelled prior to dispatch, refunds are handled strictly as follows:

- Processing Time: Upon cancellation approval, the equivalent amount will be credited to your Store Wallet within 24 to 48 working hours.

4. Wholesale Reselling & Warranty Limitations
